1. Do not take if you are hypersensitive to Semaglutide or Tirzepatide.

2. Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).  

3. Do not take if you have a history of pancreatitis.

4. Do not take if you have severe gastrointestinal disorders.

5. Do not take if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.

6. Do not take if you have severe kidney or liver disease.
