- In our 12-week weight loss program, we utilize Semaglutide (GLP-1) and Tirzepatide (GLP-1 and GIP).

- Our medications come from approved 503a compounding pharmacies to ensure quality and safety and they deliver the medication direct to you. We are a Legit-Script Certified company and only use Legit-Script Compounding Pharmacies.

- We only provide Board-certified Doctor visits. The appointments are scheduled once a month and are conducted virtually through a HIPPA compliant and safe tele-health platform. This allows for convenient and secure consultations with our medical team from the comfort of your own home.

- The 12-week Semaglutide program costs $798, while the 12-week Tirzepatide program costs $1197.  Payment options include:

- OPTION 1:  Full payment invoice.

- OPTION 2: Three monthly auto-payments of $266 or $399, depending on the medication. If additional medication is needed during the 12-week program, the cost of the program per month may increase.  

- You will receive a 12-week vial of medication, 12 syringes, and alcohol swabs for your convenience. Please contact IMAXweightloss to ensure you have everything you need to start your 12-week weight loss journey.

- No, our program is not monthly. The vial delivered to you lasts for 12 weeks based on the doctor's dosing instructions. If you choose to increase your dosing with doctor approval, there are options available with additional cost.

- Yes, IMAXweightloss is a concierge service that provides 24/7 customer support to our clients for any questions or concerns they may have during their weight loss journey.

- Yes, we offer assistance and guidance to clients experiencing nausea. Contact us immediately for support.

- It is not safe to increase dosing without physician approval. We provide our clients 24/7 access to board-certified doctors to monitor dosing and ensure safety.

- We do not accept any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing, or similar methods of payment. Clients are responsible for the cost of the service.

- No, our programs are structured as 12-week programs for optimal results.

- Yes, we offer a $50 incentive for every referral that signs-up for our weight loss program.
