- Our 12-week weight loss program features medications such as Semaglutide (GLP-1) and Tirzepatide (GLP-1 & GIP) — two of the most effective treatments for sustainable weight management.  We also offer Sermorelin and Tesamorelin as additional options to support energy, recovery, and metabolism.

- IMAXweightloss is a LegitScript-Certified company.  All medications are prepared by trusted 503A-licensed compounding pharmacies that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and potency.  Your medication ships directly from the pharmacy to your door.

- Our programs are structured as 12-week (3-month) comprehensive plans that include medication, personalized medical oversight, and full concierge support.

   •    Tirzepatide Program: $1,197 (12 weeks)

   •    Sermorelin Add-On: $405 (12 weeks)

   •    Tesamorelin Add-On: $450 (12 weeks)

Payment Options:

   •    Option 1: Full payment upfront via secure invoice

   •    Option 2: Three monthly auto-payments —

   •    $279/month for Semaglutide

   •    $399/month for Tirzepatide

💡 If additional medication is needed during your 12-week program, your monthly rate will remain the same — no hidden fees or price increases.

- We do not accept any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing, or similar methods of payment. Clients are responsible for the cost of the service.

 - No, our program does not operate on a monthly basis. The starting vial of medication that is delivered to you is designed to last for approximately 12 weeks, following the customized dosing instructions provided by the doctor. If necessary, there are options available to adjust your dosing with the approval of your doctor.

- We only provide Board-certified Doctor visits. The appointments are scheduled once a month and are conducted virtually through a HIPPA compliant and safe tele-health platform. This allows for convenient and secure consultations with our medical team from the comfort of your own home.

- Each delivery includes:

   •    A 12-week vial of your prescribed medication (customized dosing)

   •    12 syringes for easy and accurate administration

   •    Alcohol swabs for safety and convenience

- Absolutely. IMAXweightloss provides concierge-style care and 24/7 client support.

You’ll always have access to our team for dosing questions, scheduling, or any concerns during your journey.

- No. It’s important not to adjust your dose without guidance from a licensed provider.  Our clients receive 24/7 access to board-certified medical professionals who monitor dosing to ensure your safety and optimal results.

- Yes. Mild nausea can occur as your body adjusts to GLP-1 medication.  We offer guidance, recommendations, and prescription options if needed. Please contact us immediately if you experience any side effects.

- No. Our programs are designed as 12-week (3-month) programs for lasting results and proper medical supervision.

- Yes! We offer a $50 credit for every new client who joins through your referral.
