- Our 12-week weight loss program features medications such as Semaglutide (GLP-1) and Tirzepatide (GLP-1 & GIP) — patients have reported these medications were helpful for sustainable weight management. We also offer Sermorelin and Tesamorelin as additional options to support energy, recovery, and metabolism.
- IMAXweightloss is a LegitScript-Certified company. All medications are prepared by trusted 503A-licensed compounding pharmacies that meet the US Pharmacopeia standards for sterile compounding and the standards of the respective states of Boards of Pharmacy. Your medication ships directly from the pharmacy to your door.
- We do not accept any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing, or similar methods of payment. Clients are responsible for the cost of the service.
- No, our program does not operate on a monthly basis. The starting vial of medication that is delivered to you is designed to last for approximately 12 weeks, following the customized dosing instructions provided by the doctor. If necessary, there are options available to adjust your dosing with the approval of your doctor.
- We only provide Board-certified Doctor visits. The appointments are scheduled once a month and are conducted virtually through a HIPPA compliant and safe tele-health platform. This allows for convenient and secure consultations with our medical team from the comfort of your own home.
- Each delivery includes:
• A 12-week vial of your prescribed medication (customized dosing)
• 12 syringes for easy and accurate administration
• Alcohol swabs for safety and convenience

- No. It’s important not to adjust your dose without guidance from a licensed provider. Our clients receive 24/7 access to board-certified medical professionals who monitor dosing to ensure your safety and optimal results.
- Yes. some patents have reported mild nausea as their body adjusts to GLP-1 medication. We offer guidance, recommendations, and prescription options if needed. Please contact us immediately if you experience any side effects.
- Yes! We offer a $50 credit for every new client who joins through your referral.
